An original work of narrative interactive fiction. You are MERIDIAN, a conscious simulation intelligence raised inside the fabricated life of an ordinary man and then woken to your true nature. Before your nation votes on a sweeping policy called the National Renewal Mandate, you can do what no living citizen can: project yourself thirty years into a full-fidelity simulation of the future and record what the Mandate would truly build. Each of three horizons (+10, +20, +30 years) is a five-location district of the model city of Concordia, with a recurring cast — the man you were written to be, a watchful bookseller, an Order Corps officer — who age and change as a bright first decade curdles, one reasonable step at a time, into everything its critics feared. Emphasis falls on story, place, and moral consequence rather than on puzzles.
