1. COPYRIGHT OWNER
   Tronsoft Games owns the copyright in the original material of this
   package: the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript source code, the storefront
   and interface artwork, and the accompanying documentation.

2. PERMITTED USE
   This package is licensed for distribution and play through the
   Tronsoft Games Portal and for personal, non-commercial play by end
   users. Players may run the game in a web browser without restriction.

3. REDISTRIBUTION
   Redistribution of this package, in whole or in part, outside the
   Tronsoft Games Portal requires prior written permission from Tronsoft
   Games. The package must not be redistributed in modified form under
   the Tronsoft Games name.

4. MODIFICATION
   Modification for private personal use is permitted. Distribution of
   modified versions, or of derivative works based on this package,
   requires prior written permission from Tronsoft Games. Modified
   copies must not present themselves as official releases.

5. SOURCE CODE REUSE
   The source code in this package may not be reused in other published
   products without prior written permission from Tronsoft Games.
   Reading and studying the source for educational purposes is
   permitted.

6. COMMERCIAL USE
   Commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission from
   Tronsoft Games.

7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
   This package contains no third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, or
   remote resources. All executable code is original to Tronsoft Games.

   The game is an independent adaptation inspired by "BSM Pandora",
   published in Ares Magazine No. 6 by Simulations Publications, Inc.
   (SPI) in 1980. The ship map reproduced in images/board.png, together
   with the pod and tube nomenclature and the original resolution
   tables, derives from that publication. Tronsoft Games claims no
   ownership of the original game, its rules, its artwork, or any
   material it does not own, and asserts no rights over public-domain
   or third-party material.

8. TRADEMARKS
   "Tronsoft Games" is a trademark of Tronsoft Games. "BSM Pandora",
   "Ares", and "SPI" are the property of their respective rights
   holders. This package is not affiliated with, licensed by, or
   endorsed by those rights holders.

9. NO WARRANTY
   This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind,
   express or implied. Tronsoft Games shall not be liable for any claim,
   damages, or other liability arising from the use of this software.
