install and play this game for your own private, non-commercial use, on any
number of devices you control.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not sell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise distribute this package or
any part of it; you may not decompile or reverse-engineer it except so far
as the law expressly permits; and you may not remove or alter this notice,
the attribution below, or any part of the credits.

OWNERSHIP

The game, its rules, its code, its artwork and its sound remain the property
of Tronsoft Games.

ATTRIBUTION AND INDEPENDENCE
----------------------------

This game is inspired by Tobruk: Tank Battles in North Africa 1942, a board
wargame designed by Harold Hock and published by Avalon Hill in 1975. It is
an independent work. No rules, charts, tables, values, artwork, text or
other material from that game or from any other published game have been
used, copied or adapted. Every system in this package -- the sighting model,
the lay, the gunnery and penetration figures, the ground table, the scoring
and the machine commander -- was designed and measured for this
implementation.

Tronsoft Games is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Avalon
Hill, Hasbro, or any successor in title. Vehicle, gun and formation names
are matters of historical record and are used descriptively.

WARRANTY

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

LIABILITY

In no event shall Tronsoft Games be liable for any claim, damages or other

TERM

This licence continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you
breach it, at which point you must stop using the software and delete it.
