Five Weeks in a Balloon by Jules Verne was first published in 1863 and is in
the public domain. Tronsoft Games claims no ownership of the novel, of its
title, or of any part of Verne's text, and no passage of the novel is
reproduced in this package. The prose in this game is original writing that
adapts the novel's events, places and characters.


PERMITTED USE

This game is licensed for personal play through the Tronsoft Games Portal.
Portal subscribers may play the game in a web browser as provided by the
portal.


REDISTRIBUTION

This package may not be copied, re-hosted, or redistributed outside the
Tronsoft Games Portal without written permission from the copyright owner.


MODIFICATION

The game files may not be modified, decompiled, or used to create derivative
works without written permission.


COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of this package or its assets is not permitted without a
separate written agreement.


SOURCE CODE

The source code in this package may not be reused in other projects without
written permission.


THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

This package contains no third-party assets. It bundles no fonts, no audio
files and no external libraries, and it makes no network requests. All audio
is synthesised in the browser at run time; all artwork was generated for this
release.

The Tronsoft Interactive Fiction Engine runtime included in this package
(js/core/*.js, js/game.js and css/game.css) ships byte-identical to the
Core 2.3.0 engine kit and remains the property of Tronsoft Games. The SHA-256
digest of each of those eleven files is recorded in docs/engine-purity.json.
