1. COPYRIGHT OWNER
   The original SolarQuest game, its name and its board artwork are the property of
   their respective rights holders (Copyright (c) 1985 Western Publishing Company /
   current owners). "SolarQuest" is a trademark of its owner. This package is an
   independent fan recreation and is not affiliated with or licensed by those owners.

2. PERMITTED USE
   Personal, non-commercial play on the Tronsoft Games Portal.

3. REDISTRIBUTION
   The recreation code and generated interface art may be redistributed for
   non-commercial purposes with this notice intact. The embedded board image and the
   original game's rules/design are third-party material and are included solely for
   personal play; they may not be redistributed apart from this personal project.

4. MODIFICATION
   Modification of the recreation code is permitted for personal use.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
   - Board topology/data derived from the open-source SolarQuest project by
     John Adamson, licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
   - Board map image supplied by the package author, depicting the copyrighted
     original board.

6. TRADEMARK
   "SolarQuest" and related marks belong to their owners. No endorsement is implied.

7. COMMERCIAL USE
   Not permitted.

8. SOURCE CODE REUSE
   The recreation's own source (HTML/CSS/JS) may be reused under the GPL, consistent
   with the license of the data it derives from.
