   Games. This package is not produced, licensed, endorsed by, or affiliated
   with Portal Games or the original designer.

   All intellectual property rights in the original board game - including its
   name, rules text, card text, and artwork - remain the property of their
   respective owners. This package contains NO original Portal Games artwork,
   card imagery, or verbatim rules text. All game mechanics have been
   independently re-implemented, and all included art is original to this
   recreation.

   This package makes no claim of ownership over any public-domain or
   third-party material that it does not own. The novel "Robinson Crusoe" by
   Daniel Defoe (1719) is in the public domain; the board game adaptation is
   not, and its rights are reserved to their owners.
