material it made: the scenario THE NINEFOLD WOUND, the setting of Cairn Vael,
the story of Ostrahn and the nine bindings, the nine-place wound system, all
creatures, items, spells, place names, rules text, artwork, audio and code in
this package.

Tronsoft Games claims no ownership of the PHANTASIE name or of Phantasie III:
The Wrath of Nikademus, published by Strategic Simulations, Inc. in 1987. This
package is an independent browser recreation of that style of game and is not
associated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or derived from Strategic
Simulations, Inc., its successors, or any current rights holder. It contains no
text, artwork, audio, data, map or code from the original game, and no
character, place or item from it. See docs/credits.txt for the full statement.

No claim is made to any public-domain or third-party material.
