PROVENANCE AND DISCLOSURE
This game takes its name and its subject from Panzer Strike, published by
Strategic Simulations, Inc. in 1987. It is an independent work. No code,
artwork, data, maps, scenarios, rules text or other material from that game or
from any other published game has been copied, converted or adapted. Every
table in this package was written for this engine. Vehicle, gun and formation
designations are ordinary historical fact and are not claimed as anyone’s
property. The publisher of the 1987 game is long dissolved and that game is
out of print; no endorsement or affiliation is claimed or implied.

PERMITTED USE
You may play this game, in a browser, for any purpose including in a classroom
or a club, alone or with others, with no fee and no registration.

REDISTRIBUTION
You may redistribute this package unmodified and in full, including this
licence and the README, provided you charge nothing for it and do not
represent it as your own work.

MODIFICATION
You may modify your own copy freely. A modified copy must not be redistributed
under the name Panzer Strike, must state plainly that it has been modified and
by whom, and must keep this licence and the provenance disclosure above.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT LICENCES
There is none. The package loads no library, font, script, image, sound or
stylesheet from any other party, and makes no network request of any kind.
Every byte in it was written for this package: the sound in sounds/ is
synthesized from noise and envelopes by a script in the source tree, not
sampled or licensed from anywhere.

TRADEMARKS
Tronsoft Games is a mark of the publisher. Panzer Strike, Strategic
Simulations and SSI, and every vehicle, weapon and formation name that appears
in the game, are used descriptively and remain the property of their
respective owners. No claim of ownership is made over any of them, and no
public-domain or third-party material is claimed as the publisher’s.

COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is NOT permitted. You may not sell this package, charge for
access to it, bundle it with a paid product, or place it behind a paywall or
an advertisement, without written permission from the copyright owner.

SOURCE CODE
The JavaScript in js/ is the source and is readable as shipped. You may read
it, learn from it and adapt it in your own projects, provided the resulting
work is not passed off as this one and this licence travels with any copy of
the code taken from here.
