outside itself. Typefaces are referenced as system font stacks and are not

Martian place names, coordinates and topography are drawn from the
International Astronomical Union's Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature and
from published Mars topography. Such names and coordinates are matters of
fact and are used as facts, not reproduced from any copyrighted work.

ORIGINALITY
The game in this package is original work. Its map, settlements, terrain,
commodities, waybills, events, rules text, artwork and code were produced
for this package and are not derived from any published game. No board,
card, map, table, artwork, rules text or data from any published game has
been reproduced, scanned, traced, transcribed or adapted. The map is
generated from real planetary geography by the tools that built this
package, and regenerating it reproduces it exactly.

"Martian Rails" is the title of a commercially published board game, and is
a trademark of Mayfair Games and/or its successors in interest. This package
is an unofficial, independent work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by,
licensed by, sponsored by or connected to Mayfair Games, its successors, or
