The 1824 Kriegsspiel rules themselves are in the public domain. No published
edition, translation, reconstruction or commentary has been reproduced,
adapted or drawn upon; the system in this game is original work.

TRADEMARKS

"Kriegsspiel" is the ordinary German word for a war game and the common
historical name of the 1824 Prussian game. It is used descriptively and no
trademark is claimed in it. Any other names or marks referred to anywhere in
this package belong to their respective owners, and their use is descriptive
and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
