WHAT IS AND IS NOT OWNED HERE

Owned by Tronsoft Games: the Emberward setting, the Kindled and the
Hollow and every creature in them, the tide of luminance, the seven
workings, all maps, scenarios, rules, statistics, artwork, documents and
code in this package.

Not owned and not present: Archon: The Light and the Dark, published by
Electronic Arts in 1983 and designed by Free Fall Associates, is named
in the credits as an acknowledged influence on the two-layer shape of
the game. No creature, name, board, rule text, artwork or other content
of that game is reproduced in this package, and this package is not
associated with, endorsed by or licensed from its publisher or
designers. The influence is mechanical only: a board taken piece by
piece, with each contested square settled in a real-time arena.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The following third-party assets are included under their own licenses,
which are unaffected by the terms above:
