TRADEMARKS Tronsoft Games and the Tronsoft Games logo are trademarks of their respective owner. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. "Battle of the Bulge" is the title of a board wargame published by The Avalon Hill Game Company, in editions dated 1965, 1981, and 1991. That title and any associated marks belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with this package and have not endorsed it. This is an original implementation of a historical subject - the Ardennes offensive of December 1944, a matter of public record. No rules text, artwork, map, counters, charts, tables, or data from any published edition has been reproduced, adapted, or transcribed. The map is generated from public geographic coordinates, the order of battle from the published historical record, and every rule, value, and table in it was written for this implementation and calibrated against its own simulation. No claim of ownership is made over any public-domain or third-party material. Historical unit designations and place names are facts of history and are used as such.
