## Update System Overhaul

### Dedicated Version Manager
- Added `/admin/version-manager.php`.
- Uses one authoritative installed-version value.
- Stores every installation attempt, including repeated versions.
- Removes the obsolete unique-version blocking behavior that caused `Version 6.28.27 is already installed`.

### Full Version History
- Tracks previous and incoming versions, mode, package type, checksum, signature result, status, errors, timestamps, backups, and detailed logs.

### Rollback and Backups
- Creates automatic website and database backups before installation.
- Records backup size and SHA-256.
- Adds one-click rollback for installed releases.
- Restores both website files and the pre-install database.

### Force Install and Repair Mode
- Force Install permits a deliberate reinstall or downgrade.
- Repair Mode reapplies files and validates migration history.
- Both modes remain auditable in version history.

### Migration Tracking
- Records each migration by version, filename, SHA-256, result, and applied date.
- Skips unchanged migrations already applied.
- Rejects changed migrations unless Force or Repair Mode is selected.

### Package Validation and Signatures
- Safe ZIP-path validation.
- Semantic-version validation.
- Whole-package SHA-256 recording.
- Optional per-file SHA-256 verification.
- SHA-256 manifest signatures.
- Optional OpenSSL public-key signatures.
- Administrator option to require signed packages.

### Better Error Reporting
- Failed updates retain their own history record, error, log, manifest, and backup references.
