Removes obsolete Quick Actions data/UI, command palette, keyboard help, pinned/recent/most-used tools, security/readiness/self-test runtime, old preferences scripts, stale CSS, and the hard-coded v21.7.03 badge. Dashboard code is reduced to the current hero, publishing workspace, Smart Upload controller, footer, and back-to-top control.
