Admin Sidebar Tracking and Closed-State Fix is now installed.
Removes hard-coded open details states and replaces admin-menu.js. Games, Administration & Analytics, and all other groups start closed; current-page highlighting no longer opens the parent group; legacy saved menu states are cleared.
