What changed
- Validates the shared TIFE runtime before copying story files.
- Supports TIFE 3.x manifests with recommended TIFE 3.2.0 metadata.
- Installs stories to /tife-games/<slug>/<version>/.
- Uses canonical /engines/tife/index.html launch URLs.
- Makes games-table registration schema-aware and adds required TIFE catalog columns when missing.
- Backs up an existing same-version story before replacement.
- Recognizes optional chapter, custom-theme, and audio metadata.
- Synchronizes successful TIFE publication with the News Portal.
- Fixes catalog links to /game/game.php.
- Rebuilds the Admin installer as responsive tiles.
