Shared TIFE Runtime and Launch Repair is now installed.
What changed
- Adds /engines/tife/index.html and its runtime assets.
- Loads installed stories from /tife-games/<slug>/<version>/game.js.
- Adds story-specific illustrated cover support.
- Prevents installation when the shared runtime is missing.
