Website v21.2.9 - Native TIFE Story Installer

Added a dedicated TIFE installer that validates native story packages, installs versioned story files under /tife-games, updates the game catalog, records engine and story versions separately, and launches through the shared TIFE runtime.

Validates TIFE-only ZIP packages and blocks unsafe archive paths.
Installs versioned story content under /tife-games/<slug>/<version>/.
Registers the game catalog record with separate TIFE engine and story versions.
