Steel Fury is a hex-based, turn-based tactical wargame inspired by SSI's classic Steel Panthers. Command a company of tanks, infantry, anti-tank guns and gunships across a procedurally generated battlefield in one of two eras — World War II (Shermans and bazookas vs. Panzers, Panthers and Pak guns) or the modern Gulf (Abrams, Bradleys and an Apache vs. T-72s and BMPs). A faithful combat model tracks front/side/rear/top armour, ammunition types (AP, HVAP, HEAT, HE, Smoke), line of sight, fog of war, suppression, morale and named leaders. Flank heavy armour, call smoke, hold overwatch, and seize the objectives before the clock runs out. Six handcrafted scenarios plus random battles, fully synthesized audio, and a Steel Panthers-style command interface.
