Active-state filtering now applies to portal homepages, catalogs, direct detail routes, personal libraries, favorites, wishlists, and Continue history. Inactive/archived games remain in Development Dashboard but are hidden from player portals. TIFE now has a true TIFE-only Adventure Library instead of redirecting into the global Games catalog.
