What changed
- Developer tiles now check current-version cover folders and legacy cover locations.
- Supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WEBP cover files.
- Reads manifest-declared cover paths as a fallback.
- Broken cover URLs fall back cleanly instead of leaving an empty image frame.
