What changed
- Validated all 254 Admin PHP files with no syntax errors.
- Verified there are no missing literal Admin require/include files.
- Repairs the missing /admin/research-projects.php route.
- Adds /admin/diagnostics/admin-error-audit.php.
- Parses live Admin error_log entries by severity, file, and line.
- Links the Dashboard Admin Error Log health warning directly to the error audit.
- Adds Admin Error Audit to the Monitoring menu.
