Loading Hourglass and Load-Time 404 Repair is now installed.
What changed
- Adds a global loading hourglass to public pages.
- Adds the hourglass to Admin pages.
- Uses pure CSS so the loader itself cannot 404.
- Adds a 12-second fail-safe to prevent a stuck overlay.
- Only requests optional favicon and Apple touch icon files when they exist.
- Adds a valid site.webmanifest.
- Falls back to a text Tronsoft Games footer brand when the v21 logo image is absent.
