What changed
- Made current-release.json the authoritative version and release record.
- Header, footer, Admin, Home, updater, and release information use the same version.
- Updater writes release metadata before publishing Web Updates.
- Clears stale News, release, Home, version, and portal caches.
- Added an Admin Version and News Report diagnostic page.
