An economic railroad game on a milepost map of North America generated from real coastline, river and terrain geography. Lay line across plains, mountains and river crossings, haul twenty-eight commodities from the regions that produce them to the cities that want them, and reinvest the freight receipts in a larger system. Win by bringing six of the eight major terminals onto one connected railroad and holding $300M at the close of a season. One to six railroads, with computer opponents that survey their own openings and price freight runs by profit per season.
