About This Demo

Quest for Glory II: Trial by Fire is the second game in Sierra On-Line's classic hybrid adventure/RPG series, released in 1990 for MS-DOS and Amiga. It continues directly from Quest for Glory I: So You Want to Be a Hero, letting you import your character from the first game.

This is a small, fan-made HTML5 tribute demo built as a real multi-file project (canvas engine, character system, and scene). It recreates the spirit of the opening: pick your class, import a hero, and take your first steps through the desert city of Shapeir.
