Squad Leader

A squad-level tactical wargame of infantry, leaders and morale on the Eastern Front. Fire seldom kills; it pins men down and breaks them, and only an officer gets them up again. Three actions are fought hex by hex over four printed geomorphic boards, with an umpire’s slip written up for every volley — every weapon, every modifier by name, the dice and the verdict — filled in before you give the order to fire.
